How do I return my wine?
If you're not 100% satisfied with any of the wines you receive from us, simply contact us at (707) 967-2626 within a year of purchase and we'll happily send you a replacement.

What do I do if the wine I ordered is damaged?
Despite our best efforts to secure wine shipments, wine bottles are fragile and issues arise from time to time. Contact our member services team and we will rectify the situation quickly.

Are there any restrictions?
Please note that we will happily replace any wines purchased directly from the winery, given that they are still available; however we cannot replace wines purchased from other wine retailers or restaurants. In rare instances, we reserve the right to deny our return policy to customers who we suspect are attempting to abuse the policy.

The seamless richness on the palate is shaped by perfectly polished tannin that resolves in an opulent finish with a hint of minerality. Created by uplift from seismic activity and movement of tectonic plates some 12 million years ago, Mount Veeder is derived from ancient sea beds. These sedimentary soils are infused with the decayed remnants of the forests native to the area, which leads to a distinctively dark berry and exotic, wild mountain character. Because of the rugged, steep terrain of this mountain appellation, the yields are inherently miniscule, with tiny berries bursting with concentrated and densely tannic structures.
