2023 WALT Rosé of Pinot Noir
Pinot Noir -
Critic Review
"This salmon-hued wine is zippy, with aromas of brûléed orange, papaya, peach and dried herbs on the nose. Flavors of strawberry, orange cream soda, pineapple and pink grapefruit wrap around spice, bright acidity, mineral and a dry finish. Pair with fish tacos."

We produce our Rosé with a style of winemaking known as the "saignée" method. After crushing the grapes, we keep the juice on the grape skins for a short time to obtain the perfect pink color. The pink juice is then separated and fermented in tanks and barrels like a white wine.
