We are committed to crafting the best wines possible. With that, we are proud to offer a full satisfaction guarantee on all of the wines you purchase from us.

How do I return my wine?
If you're not 100% satisfied with any of the wines you receive from us, simply contact us at (707) 967-2626 within a year of purchase and we'll happily send you a replacement.

What do I do if the wine I ordered is damaged?
Despite our best efforts to secure wine shipments, wine bottles are fragile and issues arise from time to time. Contact our member services team and we will rectify the situation quickly.

Are there any restrictions?
Please note that we will happily replace any wines purchased directly from the winery, given that they are still available; however we cannot replace wines purchased from other wine retailers or restaurants. In rare instances, we reserve the right to deny our return policy to customers who we suspect are attempting to abuse the policy.

"The 2024 WALT Rose was sourced from a range of vineyards across California. Right away this allures with juicy pear and cranberry notes on the nose alongside shades of lemon rind and bright starfruit. The palate is loaded with finesse, weight and texture, with a fabulous mélange of red fruits alongside orange peel and bergamot notes."

We produce our Rosé with a style of winemaking known as the "saignée" method. After crushing the grapes, we keep the juice on the grape skins for a short time to obtain the perfect pink color. The pink juice is then separated and fermented in tanks and barrels like a white wine.
