The safety and well-being of our staff and community are of the utmost importance to us, and we are closely monitoring and evaluating the evolving situation of COVID-19. We would like to share how this affects our guests and winery.
This Sunday, the Governor of California asked winery tasting rooms to close in order to slow the spread of the virus. As such, our HALL, WALT, and BACA visitor centers will be closed for tastings until we are allowed to re-open. The goal of these actions is to keep the entire community as safe as possible.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause if you were planning to come and visit. We look forward to sharing a glass of wine with you at one of our properties when these closures have ended. We believe in a shared responsibility to be part of the solution toward ending this threat to public health and the well-being of our community. As such, we have expanded our sick leave policies to help our employees who are impacted by the tasting room closures, school closures and other related absences.
We will continue to strive to make exceptional wines and deliver them to you. As always, we encourage you to order wine to arrive at your doorstep.
