Return Policy

We are committed to crafting the best wines possible. With that, we are proud to offer a full satisfaction guarantee on all of the wines you purchase from us.

How do I return my wine?
If you're not 100% satisfied with any of the wines you receive from us, simply contact us at (707) 967-2626 within a year of purchase and we'll happily send you a replacement.

What do I do if the wine I ordered is damaged?
Despite our best efforts to secure wine shipments, wine bottles are fragile and issues arise from time to time. Contact our member services team and we will rectify the situation quickly.

Are there any restrictions?
Please note that we will happily replace any wines purchased directly from the winery, given that they are still available; however we cannot replace wines purchased from other wine retailers or restaurants. In rare instances, we reserve the right to deny our return policy to customers who we suspect are attempting to abuse the policy.

Our St. Helena Estate vineyard is planted in alluvial soils above an ancient creek bed. The soils are light and packed with river rock and gravel. These well-drained soils, coupled with a warm growing region, encourage the vines to produce prodigious wines of great power.

Our 2020 Bergfeld opens with a brooding, fruit-driven nose of ripe blackberries, warm oak, wet stone and freshly cracked pepper. Structured tannins support the broad palate that opens up into flavors of dark chocolate, tobacco and baking spice. The fruit-driven character persists through the long and powerful finish.
