At WALT, we make our Rosé with a style of winemaking known as the saignée method. After crushing the grapes, we keep the juice on the grape skins for a short time to obtain the perfect salmon color. The resulting pink juice is separated from the skins and fermented in both oak barrels and stainless-steel tanks. Our technique is unique, and there’s no surprise that it is so tasty!
