"Stored on the lees for 48 months, the NV Michel Foch Rose Champagne starts with a beautiful salmon hue. Orange peel and red currants combined with cranberry and suggestions of cardamom on the nose. The palate is elegant and soft with loads of tart red fruits that align with salty minerals."

Michel Foch Rosé showcases the bright red fruit aromas and flavors derived from Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. The color is a delicate salmon and exhibits strawberry, raspberry with hints of roasted almonds and biscuit. The wines shows wonderful breadth and depth which is derived from the reserve wines in the blend. Our Rosé demonstrates an interesting paradox— it shows an elegant, dry and full-bodied flavor, yet it retains the delicacy and minerality from the Champagne region and the inclusion of Chardonnay in the blend.
